This is a free 30-minute space for us to connect. It’s an opportunity for you to share what’s on your mind, ask any questions, and experience what it feels like to be held and heard in a calm, non-judgmental environment. There’s no pressure or expectation, just a gentle starting point to see if this space feels right for you.

Listening Session Package (3 Sessions)
This is designed for those who want a consistent, dedicated space to reflect, process, and be heard over time. Through a series of one-on-one sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, with steady support. This package offers continuity, allowing for deeper reflection, greater clarity, and a more grounded sense of self.
